I took this as a test for my new 430EX II. Fire it at the wall behind your subject to blow out the background to a studio style white.
1/200th of a second is enough to freeze moderately fast action like fruit dropped into a fish tank so you can use a flash as your primary source of light. For this the 430EX was fired II at the wall with a wireless trigger and my onboard camera flash used to light the foreground.
